Registration fees for ICC-12 are as follows:

Note: The above registration fees are inclusive of taxes. Depending on the mode of payment (UPI, NEFT, credit card, etc.), the payment portal may charge a convenience fee in addition to the above-mentioned registration fees.

Information for Authors

1. Registration is mandatory for attending any session in the ICC-12 conference. Detailed instructions for registration can be found here.
2. Registrations are non-transferable and, in the event of a cancellation, non-refundable.
3. Upload of the final version of the accepted papers will be enabled only after paying the registration fee.
4. Authors will be allowed to upload up to three papers upon payment of the full registration fee, and one paper upon payment of the student registration fee.
5. It may take up to two days after successful payment for the final upload to get enabled on PaperCept.
6. Authors registering for ICC-12 under the “Student” category must have been a student at the time of paper submission. Proof of the same must be presented at the Registration Desk. Participants (non-authors) registering under the “Student” category must be a student at the time of conference conduction. Proof of the same must be presented at the Registration Desk.

Online Registration

Please note that anyone wishing to register for ICC-12 must first create an account on IIT Kharagpur’s ERP page. The registration process can be completed after logging in to the ERP page. Please provide a working email ID during the registration process as this email ID will be used for all formal communication. Detailed instructions for registration can be found here.
