The organizers of the 7th Indian Control Conference ( ICC-7) invite participation by all students studying in India and faculty members from non centrally funded technical institutes (CFTI), independent of whether or not the student/faculty have a paper. The organizers are grateful to the IEEE Control Systems Society (IEEE-CSS) for providing a financial grant to facilitate this participation. The financial support covers registration fees of students and faculty from India for participation in ICC-7 as elaborated below:
- Who is eligible to apply?
- Any student who is an author in one of the papers submitted to ICC-7.
- Any student who is enrolled for Ph.D./M.S. (by research)/M.Tech/M.E, in college/university/institution within India.
- Applicant must be enrolled as a student and must continue to be a student at least till December 31, 2021.
- Additionally faculty who do not belong to CFTIs and are working in the broader area of systems and control may also apply for the financial (registration) support
- Please note that mere eligibility does not guarantee the selection for the financial support.

Last date for filling the form: October 20, 2021 (11:45 pm).
Applications received after the last date/time will not be considered. The form is very easy to fill and takes about 5 minutes - In what form will the support be provided?
To ensure good utilization of the availed funds and eliminate no-shows, all selected applicants will have to register for the ICC-7 (student/regular registration) and seek reimbursement from the conference organizers after participating in the conference. The registration fees will be reimbursed only if the selected applicant’s participation is recorded in the virtual meeting environment used for the conference. - How and when will the decision be known?
Selected applicants will be intimated through by October 30, 2021, through an email sent to the email address provided by the applicant . Hence, please ensure that you type your email address correctly.
