No-Show Policy

No-shows will be excluded from the final IEEE Xplore proceedings.

A paper accepted for presentation at ICC-10 will be considered a “no show” if neither the registered authors nor a substitute speaker is present at the presentation venue during the time allotted for the presentation of the paper.

A substitute speaker may stand in for the authors only under unavoidable circumstances, and must be a registered participant at ICC-10. Authors must write to the organizers in advance with details of the substitute speaker along with reasons for needing one.

In case an unexpected last-minute emergency prevents authors from being present during their scheduled talk, they need to write to the organizers with convincing reasons no later than a day after the scheduled talk. Any decision in the matter will solely be at the discretion of the organizers.
