The organizers of the Eleventh Indian Control Conference (ICC-11) invite participation by all students studying in India and faculty members from non-centrally funded technical institutes (CFTI). The financial support covers registration and accommodation fees of students and faculty from India for participation in ICC-11 as elaborated below.
1. Who is eligible to apply?
o Any student who is an author in one of the papers submitted to ICC-11.
o Any student who is enrolled for Ph.D./M.S. (by research)/MTech/M. E/B.Tech/B. E, in college/university/institution within India.
o Applicant must be enrolled as a student and must continue to be a student at least till December 31, 2025.
o Additionally, faculty who do not belong to CFTIs and are working in the broader area of systems and control may also apply for financial support.
Please note that mere eligibility does not guarantee selection for financial support. Additionally, the financial support is subject to the availability of funds. If a student is selected, their registration and accommodation charges will be reimbursed based on their participation in the conference.
2. What is supported for selected participants?
The financial support covers registration and accommodation fees of the selected students and faculty from India for participation in ICC-11. A partial travel support may also be provided.
3. How to apply?
Online application process deadline has expired.
4. What is the last date for applying?
The deadline for application October 2, 2025 11:59 pm IST. Forms received after the deadline will not be processed. The form is quite easy to fill in and takes about 5 minutes to fill.
5. In what form will the support be provided?
To ensure good utilization of the availed funds and eliminate no-shows, all selected applicants will have to register for the ICC-11 (student/regular registration) and seek reimbursement from the conference organizers after participating in the conference. For the reimbursement of the registration and accommodation charges, it is mandatory for the selected applicants to ensure full attendance during the conference. A partial travel support may also be provided.
6. How and when will the decision be known?
