PAPER SUBMISSION
Submissions are welcome in all areas of control and system theory and applications, including systems and synthetic biology, networked control systems, cyber-physical systems, learning control, AI/ML for Control, and related areas.
ICC-11 will have a dual mode of paper submission:
(1) Original manuscripts, neither previously published nor accepted for publication elsewhere. Further, manuscripts must not be submitted to any other event or publication during the entire review process. IEEE policy regarding plagiarism, self-plagiarism and duplicate submission/publication will be strictly enforced. A maximum of six pages are allowed for each paper, all figures and references included. Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process, coordinated by the Program Committee. The deadline for these submissions is July 17, 2025.
(2) Papers accepted between August 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025 by one of IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control (T-AC), IEEE Transactions on Control of Network Systems (T-CNS), IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology (T-CST) or IEEE Control Systems Letters (L-CSS). At least a preliminary version of the journal paper must appear online by August 31, 2025. Further, apart from standard items during submission, authors will also need to submit the DOI identifier of the accepted journal paper and up to a 2-page extended abstract (it must contain a statement on differences with other publications by the authors that are closely related to the journal paper on which the submission is based). Such papers will be assessed based on available space in the conference program, quality of the manuscript, the topic addressed and overlap with other published work (particularly, conference papers) by the authors. These will not appear in the Proceedings in IEEE Xplore. The deadline for these submissions is September 15, 2025.
Submission of a paper to ICC-11 in either of the above modes implies that, should the paper be accepted for presentation, at least one of the authors registers and presents the paper at the conference. Papers must be submitted electronically by the submission deadline through the PaperCept Conference Management System at http://controls.papercept.net. Paper submissions should follow the IEEE double-column format for conferences. This link provides detailed information on submission to ICC-11. Follow this link for LaTeX-specific style files and support.
INVITED SESSION PROPOSALS/PAPERS
Proposals should be submitted through PaperCept by the due date. An invited session proposal should contain the session organizer(s) short bio and contact information, the session title, summary, and objectives, and the list of authors along with a tentative title of papers to be submitted to the session. Manuscripts submitted for invited sessions must be full-length manuscripts and will undergo the standard peer review process.
WORKSHOP AND TUTORIAL PROPOSALS
A Workshop/Tutorial proposal should focus on a specific theme related to the main conference topics, describing objectives and expected outcomes. The tutorial proposal should contain the tutorial summary and outline and the presenters’ short bio and contact information. The workshop proposal should include the workshop presenters’ short bio and contact information, and the list of speakers. Proposals should be submitted through PaperCept by the due date of September 15, 2025. Workshop/Tutorial proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by members of the technical program committee.
