ICC-11 invites registrations for Cultural Program + Conference Dinner only, to be held from 7 PM IST onwards on December 19, 2025. This is for people who are not attending the conference and would like to only attend the cultural program and conference dinner @ ICC-11, including but not limited to, family member(s)/relative(s) of the conference registered participants.
ICC-11 participants who have already registered for the conference, either under the Regular category or Student category, do not have to separately register for this. It is already included in the conference registration.
The registration cost for cultural program + conference dinner only is ₹2,500. While registering, please keep the following points in mind:
- Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provide. Please show this confirmation at the Registration Desk to collect your cultural program + conference dinner coupon. For the same reason, please provide a valid email address while filling the registration form.
- If you are not accompanying any registered conference participant, you may fill a “NA” response in the corresponding field in the registration form.
- If a registered conference participant is filling out the registration form on behalf a guest, please fill out a separate form for each additional guest who will accompany you.
- The deadline to fill up the registration form is end of the day IST, December 16, 2025 (Tuesday). Due to preparations required, this deadline will be enforced strictly.
