Authors must write to the organizers in advance with details of the substitute speaker along with reasons for needing one. ICC-12 is being conducted in offline mode; no requests for online presentations will be entertained.<\/p>\n<p>In case an unexpected last-minute emergency prevents authors from being present during their scheduled talk, they need to write to the organizers with convincing reasons no later than a day after the scheduled talk.
