Information for Authors<\/h4>\n

  1. Registration is mandatory for attending any session in the ICC-12 conference.\u00a0Detailed instructions for registration can be found <\/span>here<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Registrations are non-transferable and, in the event of a cancellation, non-refundable.<\/li>\n
  3. Upload of the final version of the accepted papers will be enabled only after paying the registration fee.<\/li>\n
  4. Authors will be allowed to upload up to three papers upon payment of the full registration fee, and one paper upon payment of the student registration fee.<\/li>\n
  5. It may take up to two days<\/span> after successful payment for the final upload to get enabled<\/span> on PaperCept.<\/b><\/li>\n
  6. Authors registering for ICC-12 under the “Student” category must have been a student at the time of paper submission. Proof of the same must be presented at the Registration Desk. Participants (non-authors) registering under the “Student” category must be a student at the time of conference conduction. Proof of the same must be presented at the Registration Desk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Please note that anyone wishing to register for ICC-12 must first create an account on IIT Kharagpur’s ERP page. The registration process can be completed after logging in to the ERP page.
