The Twelfth Indian Control Conference (ICC-12) will feature poster presentations as an interactive forum for presenting research, exchanging ideas, and fostering technical discussions among participants.<\/span><\/p>\n

The poster session is intended to provide an opportunity for researchers and students to present their work in a concise and visually engaging format, while allowing participants to interact directly with the authors and discuss the technical aspects of the work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recent research results, preliminary findings, and ongoing work in control theory and related areas can be presented. Accepted posters will be presented in the dedicated poster presentation session and will not be published in IEEE Xplore.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who can present a poster at ICC-12?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Students are eligible to submit. The first author of each submission must be a student.<\/span><\/p>\n

Poster preparation<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Authors should prepare their posters in A0 size and portrait orientation in double column. The poster should be prepared in English. <\/span>The poster should contain a title, name of authors, author affiliations. The technical content should preferably include a problem statement, main contribution, key theoretical results or algorithm, simulation \/ experimental setup, conclusion \/ key takeaways, selected References, where necessary. Related Hyperlinks\/QRs to videos\/papers can be included. The exact structure may be adapted according to the nature of the work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Poster submission<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The authors should submit the poster and a two-minute video pitch<\/b> through this Google form<\/a>. The deadline for submission is November 10, 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

Presentation at the conference<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Authors of the accepted posters will be intimated through email. At least one author should register for ICC-12 and be available at the assigned poster during the designated poster session.<\/span><\/p>\n
