ICC-12 is soliciting proposals for workshops to be held on January 11, 2027. The workshops are intended to offer a dedicated forum for topics that may not be fully covered in the main conference program. The goal is to foster in-depth discussions on thematic and\/or emerging topics, rather than structured instructional content that are delivered in tutorials. Because of limitations in space and time, and to ensure a diverse range of topics, only a limited number of proposals can be accommodated. Accordingly, workshop organizers are encouraged to submit proposals that clearly and specifically justify their relevance, feasibility, and distinctiveness. Workshops that are substantially similar to each other in content may be asked to merge, and the ICC-12 organizing committee reserves the right to accept\/reject the workshop proposals. All workshop speakers, panelists, and participants need to register for ICC-12 and are expected to attend the conference in person. Papers presented at the workshop will not be part of ICC-12 proceedings and will not appear on IEEE Xplore.<\/p>\n

The workshops are expected include some elements from the following: keynote talks (1 hour duration), invited talks (20-30 minutes duration), lightening talks (3-5 minutes per speaker), panel discussion and poster sessions.<\/p>\n

A workshop proposal should include:<\/div>\n
1. Title of the workshop<\/div>\n
2. List of organizers along with their short bio and contact details<\/div>\n
3. List of speakers along with their short bio<\/div>\n
4. Schedule with (tentative) titles of the presentations<\/div>\n
5. Duration: full day or half-day<\/div>\n
6. Expected outcomes<\/div>\n
