Purpose and eligibility criteria:
- To recognize excellence in a conference paper whose primary contributor(s) is a (are) student(s).
- Primary contributor(s) of a paper must be a student at the time of original submission.
- Nominations must be made by the student’s major mentor (advisor) through the awards portal of PaperCept (https://controls.papercept.
net/) by September 12, 2024. The final version of the paper must be submitted before submitting the nomination. - Nominations are limited to one per advisor. The nomination package includes the nomination form that can be found on the ICC website; the form needs to be completed and uploaded through the award portal on PaperCept.
Deadline: September 12, 2024
Procedure: The BSPA (Best Student Paper Award) nomination is a two-step process:
- Fill out this nomination form. Print this form to a PDF file that will serve as a nomination form for Step 2. Your responses in the form may be updated until the deadline.
- Submit your nomination form through the new “Award Application” Portal in Papercept by clicking “Submit”. Follow the instructions to create an official nomination for the student, and submit the PDF form created in Step 1.
The nomination form and the ICC-10 BSPA Portal in Papercept is open.
